Located at 333 Eglinton Ave. East, 416Skin is a cozy beauty studio in a dynamic neighbourhood that blends urban sophistication with a warm, community-centric atmosphere, by Midtown Toronto in between Mount Pleasant & Bayview Ave. Complimentary parking and subway accessibility are available; Mount Pleasant station being the closest subway station, approximately five minutes walking distance away.

Our services are available by appointment only. Appointments can made through our booking site or via text message or phone. For the most current information regarding our operating hours, please refer to our Google Business listing. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you.

Studio Policies

Arrival Time

We kindly request for clients to arrive at the spa 5 - 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows for a seamless check-in process and ensures that you receive your full treatment time. Waiting Area: As part of our commitment to providing a relaxing and comfortable experience for all our guests, we ask that upon arrival, for clients to please wait in the designated waiting area outside the beauty studio premise. While our beauty studio is meticulously designed to accommodate various treatments and services, we prioritize maximizing the space for your serenity and enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 5 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of all appointments is required. Clients who cancel with less than 5 hours notice or fail to attend their scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service(s). Please contact 416Skin via text or phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled time. Alternatively, you may utilize the Vagaro mobile app to manage your appointment.

 

Late Arrivals Policy

416Skin strives to provide exceptional service and respect the time of all our guests. We kindly ask that clients arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments to ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all.    If your late arrival cannot be customized to fit your remaining appointment time and you are running significantly late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. In such cases, the 50% of the scheduled service(s) will still be charged, regardless of whether any portion of the service appointment has been completed. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our late policy. If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential alternatives.

No Shows

Please be considerate and let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. Any no shows will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service(s). Please review and consider our cancellation policy.

Ensuring Informed Consent

To ensure a serene and professional environment, our beauty studio maintains a strict policy regarding children and additional guests. Due to the intimate nature of our space, we are unable to accommodate children or extra guests during your appointment. This policy helps us provide the highest level of service and relaxation to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a tranquil atmosphere for everyone. 

 

Children and Guests

416Skin is accessible to adults and individuals aged 18 years or older. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to provide a signature for authorization of any given treatment(s). Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines are greatly appreciated.

Health and Safety

For a safe and rejuvenating spa experience, please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your appointment. Upon booking and upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a brief client intake and consent form. 416Skin is requesting clients to refrain from consuming any substances that may impair your pain tolerance or judgement before any body treatments, facial treatments and any other menu services. As with alcohol, if the aesthetician has reason to believe the client is incapable of giving proper consent, it is their standard of practice that the treatment should not occur.

Please notify us during the booking process if you are presently pregnant or have any suspicions, as some treatments may not be suitable for expectant mothers. We recommend avoiding body treatments and reflexology during pregnancy. If you are expecting, please contact us for a consult, so we can suggest treatments that are in line with your health and wellness requirements. Your proactive communication enables us to customize our services to ensure your comfort and safety.

Reservations

Advance reservations are required for all service appointments. Prior to booking your service appointment, we please ask that you familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. Understanding our policy helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our guests and staff. Last minute booked appointments are subject to our cancellation policy. To secure your reservation whether online, via the Vagaro app, or via phone, a valid credit card is required. Confirmations for all bookings will be confirmed via text/phone confirmation or email. Your understanding and compliance with these reservation procedures are truly appreciated; thank you for your cooperation.

 

Payments and Taxes

All service treatments completed must be paid in full at check-out. 13% tax applies on all prices, regardless of the payment method. Gratuities excluded in the service fees. However, gratuities may be added at the time of payment and are greatly appreciated. No refunds. Exchanges or store credit only within seven days of initial purchase. Exchanges include any unopened and fully sealed products. Gift cards can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Product Return Policy 

Due to safety and hygiene considerations, we are unable to process returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened.

Serenity Guidelines for Your Spa Experience

To ensure you experience a tranquil environment during your service treatment, the use of cellular phones and electronic devices is discouraged.

Service Treatment Attire

You are provided with an adjustable spa robe for your comfort prior to your body and/or facial treatment. Undergarments must be worn during all massage and body treatments. Single-use disposable undergarments are provided to meet your suitability. 

​

Lost or Stolen Policy

While we strive to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all our guests, 416Skin is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your visit. We advise all clients to exercise caution with personal belongings and to keep valuables secure at all times. Please ensure that your personal belongings are kept with you at all times.

Client Satisfaction

At 416Skin, we strive to exceed your expectations and ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are displeased with your treatment and would like a minor adjustment, please inform us within 3-5 days of your appointment. We will make necessary and reasonable changes at no additional cost, scheduling you at the earliest available timeslot to your convenience.
